Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a gentle, flowing exercise routine that is both a pleasure to do and deeply relaxing. Its combination of smooth movements synchronised with rhythmic breathing is designed to improve flexibility, strength, general health and wellbeing.

It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as it does not put too much stress on muscles and joints if done correctly and can be practiced sitting or standing. It is practiced around the world by over 10 million people, and is considered a national health exercise in Malaysia and Indonesia.

I am an instructor qualified to teach Set 1 and Set 2 of this form as taught by Master Wing Cheung
